PixelPoint POS Help: Removing Header? - pixelpoint pos rapidshare

I hope someone here can help because I do not want to $ 200 for something so stupid as to pay that. I can not head back on the transaction receipt. I have tried everything to change the bar back by just the head, or even all the custom house and all the old questions again to disable.

I removed both administrator ---> Setup Stations and the General Settings -> Settings occupied.
